Thank you for making a difficult day a little easier. Mum's funeral went to military precision and was everything she would have wanted as a fitting tribute to her life. Thank you for making it possible to have her last day made perfect with both humour and sadness, and to have the hymns and service she would have loved. Thank you for putting that human, personal touch that is so sadly missing today.

My mother and I would like to extend our sincere thanks for the kindness, professionalism, flexibility and expertise. From start to finish it was absolutely brilliant at all times. Nothing seemed too much effort, even on a bank holiday weekend. My father had lost an awful lot of weight before he passed and we were apprehensive about how he would look in a suit he had not worn for a few years. We were reassured that it was do-able, which it indeed was — even without the embalming he looked 'good' again in the chapel of rest. The small things such as knocking the door of the chapel of rest before entering to light candles meant an awful lot to us.
